After update to 7.2.5 cannot connect to car

Hi to all dear friends...
yesterday after update sw and fw to 7.2.5 version when run sw by autodetect cluster or read eeprom/immo I have message "Cannot connect to car. Please switch and retry"
How do I solve the problem?
I did try to reinstall sw and fw without good result
